Joe Jonas

Joseph Adam Jonas (born August 15, 1989 in Casa Grande, Arizona, USA) is an American singer, songwriter and actor. He is best known as a member of the pop-rock band Jonas Brothers, which was founded in New Jersey in 2005 and consists of the brothers Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas. The band released their debut album It's About Time in 2006 and achieved their big breakthrough in 2007 with Jonas Brothers. The successful album A Little Bit Longer including the single "Burnin' Up" (Top 5 in the Billboard Hot 100) is released in 2008. After declining record sales, the band temporarily split up in 2013. Joe Jonas goes solo with the album Fastlife (2011), from which singles such as "See No More" and "Just in Love" are released. The album reached number 15 on the Billboard 200. In 2015, he founded the funky pop band DNCE, which reached number 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Cake by the Ocean". 2025 Joe Jonas releases his second solo album Music for People Who Believe in Love. The singles "Work It Out" (2024), "What This Could Be" (2024) and "Heart by Heart" (2025) are released in advance. The album reaches number 24 on the US Billboard 200 and sets international chart accents. He performs genre-specific pop, pop-rock and R&B and appears as a singer, guitarist and pianist. Major awards include a 2008 Grammy nomination for Best New Artist (with Jonas Brothers).
