Jevon Dewand

Born in Atlanta, Georgia on August 12, 1979, Jevon Dewand made a name for himself as an actor and producer in the films Dating in Atlanta: The Movie (2017), Somebody's in My House (2020) and Hate (2020), before turning to Christian music. His career as a rapper and singer began in 2019 with the track "Blessings on Me", in which he invited The Trap Starz, Jazze Pha, Q Parker, Rick Mallory and Kari Epps. He continued in 2023 with "Change "No Cap"" and The Change Experience EP, followed by The Change Experience, Vol. 2 in 2024. The album Without You (There Would Be No Me), released the same year, includes past singles including "Without You", which reached #25 on the U.S. gospel charts. In 2025, Jevon Dewand receives several Stellar Award nominations, including in the urban gospel and rap/hip-hop gospel categories. He also released "#1 Life" with Dave Hollister, Gaz Money and Jazze Pha, then "It's Not Over" with Jazze Pha, Gaz Money and Charnel Allen, before taking part in the Blacksmoke Collective Christmas, Vol. 1 project with "You Are The Gift". In 2026, Jevon Dewand and The Trap Starz opened a new cycle with "10X My Blessings", recorded with Isaac Carree, Blanco Brown, Jazze Pha and Gaz Money, followed by the 10X Me EP.
