Jessie Murph

Jessie Murph (born September 22, 2004) is an American singer-songwriter and internet personality from Clarksville, Tennessee. She began posting cover songs and lip-sync videos on social media in 2019, amassing a considerable online following in a relatively short period of time. This led to her signing a record deal with major label Columbia Records, which released her debut single "Upgrade" in 2021. That year, she continued to gain recognition with songs such as "Look Who's Crying Now", "When I'm Not Around", and "Sobriety". In 2021, her single "Always Been You" entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number 95. This first hit was quickly followed by others, such as "Pray" at the same position in 2022 and the mixtape Drowning in 2023. Invited by Diplo on "Heartbroken", Jessie Murph surrounded herself with performers with different styles, the rapper Jelly Roll on "Wild Ones" (number 35), the soul singer Teddy Swims on "Dirty" (number 79) and the country singers Koe Wetzel and Bailey Zimmerman on the album That Ain't No Man That's the Devil (2024), which reached number 24 on the Billboard 200 and went gold in both Canada and the United States. In 2025, Murph released her sophomore album Sex Hysteria, which spawned several singles including "Blue Strips" (number 15 on the Billboard Hot 100), "Touch Me Like a Gangster", and "1965". Although he didn't perform on the track "Gucci Mane" (containing a sample of his hit "Lemonade"), the rapper of the same name is present alongside Lil Baby.
