JayDon

American actor, dancer and rapper, JayDon or JD McCrary was born JayDon McCrary in Granada Hills, California, on July 18, 2007. He began his acting career at the age of eight in the 2015 series K.C. Undercover, before appearing on Childish Gambino's album Awaken, My Love! After appearances on TV shows, he produced the EP Shine, released in 2019 on Hollywood Records and accompanied by several singles. The youngest artist signed by the Disney Music Group-affiliated label goes on to star in the Oprah Winfrey sitcom The Paynes and the film Little (2019). The same year, he was the voice of young Simba in The Lion King and played young Michael Jackson in the series American Soul. Several more singles follow in the 2020s, culminating in the hit "Ah! Ah!" (2024), a duet with 310babii ranked #25 in the Top 25 Radio Rap Songs.
