Jason Eady, born January 23, 1975, in Jackson, Mississippi, is an American singer and guitarist. Influenced by bluegrass, Don Williams, and Willie Nelson, Jason Eady's career began with his self-titled debut album From Underneath the Old in 2005. He collaborated with Kevin Welch on AM Country Heaven (2012), which debuted at Number 40 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Subsequent albums include Daylight/Dark (2014) and another self-titled album in 2017, both under Old Guitar Records. Jason Eady's work has been critically acclaimed; AllMusic gave Daylight /Dark a four-star review. He contributed to tribute albums such as Highway Prayer: A Tribute to Adam Carroll, featuring "Errol's Song" and Floater: A Tribute to the Tributes to Gary Floater. Jason Eady is married to Texas singer-songwriter Courtney Patton, with whom he frequently collaborates.
