Jack J Hutchinson

Born in Leicester in 1982, Jack J Hutchinson is a London-based British blues-rock guitarist and songwriter, known for his soulful vocals, raw riffs and emotive songwriting. After growing up in Burnley, he moved to London to pursue his musical career. His music blends elements of blues, rock and Southern influences, earning him comparisons with artists such as Joe Bonamassa and Gary Clark Jr. Hutchinson has released several albums, including Paint No Fiction (2017) and Who Feeds the Wolf? (2019), to critical acclaim and chart success. He has toured extensively in the UK, Europe and North America, sharing the stage with the likes of ZZ Top, Bad Company and Blackberry Smoke. His album Battles, released in 2024, debuted in the top 20 of the UK Independent Albums Chart. The tour that followed resulted in the live album Battles Scars, released in 2025 and ranked #4 in the UK jazz and blues charts.
