Ito Kashitaro (Vocal) and Miyata "Lefty" Ryo(Bass/Guitar/Key) form the dynamic duo known as Itowokashi a Japanese music unit. Renowned for their profound lyrics and strong vocal delivery, they create soul-stirring music that stands out in the modern music scene. The unit started when both members, who have been classmates since middle school, reunited after various individual music endeavors to form Itowokashi in 2012. They began sharing their music online, gaining significant attention for their vocal and melodic talents across video platforms, leading to millions of views. Their internet fame helped them provide songs for other artists and engage in production and session work. Their debut nationwide mini-album, released in May 2016, hit the 5th spot on the Oricon Weekly charts. Following this, they embarked on their first national live house tour, which sold out at every venue. Their major label debut came in September 2016 with the release of "Stardust/Yadori Hoshi" which achieved a notable 14th place on the Oricon Weekly chart.
