Houdi

Born in Seine-et-Marne on November 24, 2001, Houdi is a masked and anonymous French rapper. His eclectic style blends boom bap, trap and two-step. His introspective, hard-hitting lyrics reflect a variety of influences, drawing on dark, experimental musical worlds. He began to make a name for himself in 2022 with several EPs and his participation in the Freestyle Contest organized by Dosseh to promote the album Trop Tôt pour Mourir. In August 2022, Houdi released Woka, a four-track EP with a summery sound, before unveiling the dark La Bête, an eight-track project, in the autumn. In January 2023, he releases the Grhünt #77 EP and follows this up with La Folie des Grandeurs, a nine-track project including collaborations with 34murphy and Stony Stone. With the latter, he also records the joint project Avant les Yeux. In 2024, Houdi releases the mixtape Hood Volume.1, featuring contributions from Guy2Bezbar, Ziak, Lesram, Winnterzuko and Dosseh. He closes the year with the album Le Dernier Rayon de Soleil, featuring the track "Dalida", in collaboration with So La Lune. In 2025, he collaborated with 77 Degrés and Karmen, and released the first extracts from the album Sirocco, which hit No. 7 on the SNEP chart in September.
