Hindia

Daniel Baskara Putra, known professionally as Hindia, was born on February 22, 1994, in Indonesia. He initially gained recognition as the vocalist of the rock band Feast. In 2018, Putra started his solo career under the moniker Hindia with the single "No One Will Find Me" from the compilation album Bertamu. His debut studio album Menari Dengan Bayangan was released in November 2019, earning him nominations for Best New Artist and Best Alternative Solo Artist at the 2019 Anugerah Musik Indonesia. In 2020, Hindia won his first Anugerah Musik Indonesia award for Best Alternative Solo Artist for "Rumah ke Rumah". He also made a cameo appearance in Angga Dwimas Sasongko's film One Day We'll Talk About Today, with "Secukupnya" serving as the official soundtrack. In 2021, Hindia and his live band members formed Lomba Sihir, releasing their debut album Selamat Datang di Ujung Dunia. They were nominated for Best Band from Asia at the NME Awards in 2022. Hindia's sophomore studio double album Lagipula Hidup Akan Berakhir was released in two parts in July 2023, followed by a concert tour that concluded in Jakarta on September 30, 2023. In July 2024, he collaborated with American singer on the single "Right Where You Left Me", earning six Anugerah Musik Indonesia nominations at the 2024 ceremony and winning for Best Alternative Album and Best Alternative Solo Artist.
