Hannah Jadagu

Hannah Jadagu, born on June 19th, 2002 in Mesquite, Texas, is an American pop musician whose parents were Zimbabwean immigrants. In 2020, she moved to New York City to study music business at New York University and released her first single "Unending" that same year. Jadagu debuted with her EP What Is Going On? on April 23rd, 2021, which was recorded entirely on her iPhone using GarageBand. The EP was featured on NPR Music. In October 2021, she co-headlined a tour with Wild Nothing and Beach Fossils, releasing the single "All My Time Is Wasted" during this period. Jadagu released another notable single "Say It Now" in September 2022. She performed at the Pitchfork Music Festival London that year. In 2023, she announced her debut album Aperture, alongside the single "What You Did". Jadagu's second album, Describe, was released on October 24, 2025, on Sub Pop Records.
