Formed in Lima in 2002, Fuera del Resto emerged as a standout act in Peru’s pop rock scene, led by vocalist and songwriter Daniella Saettone alongside Jano Lavalle (guitar), Abraham Spak (keyboards), Frankie Berninzon (drums), and Víctor Rojas (bass, until 2003). Their 2003 self-titled debut album, featuring introspective lyrics and melodic arrangements, resonated with audiences and media alike. The single "Dime Cuántas Veces" became a radio favorite, reaching number 33 among Lima’s most-played songs that year. Their follow-up album, Peces (2006), showcased a more mature sound with tracks like "Cuando Acaba la Fiesta" and "En Este Río," further cementing their place in the local music landscape. Despite critical acclaim and a growing fanbase, the band disbanded after their second release, with members pursuing individual paths. Daniella Saettone continued her musical journey as a solo artist, maintaining the emotive songwriting that defined Fuera del Resto’s legacy.
