Folder5 is a Japanese five-member female dance and vocal group formed in 1999 by members from Okinawa Actors School. Their agency is Rising Production and their label is avex tune. The members are ARISA (born August 21, 1984 in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture), HIKARI (born November 30, 1985 in Okinawa City, Okinawa Prefecture), AKINA (born June 19, 1985 in Okinawa Prefecture), NATSU (born August 11, 1984 in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture), MOE ( After the male members of Folder left, the group was reorganized with only female members and debuted with the single "SUPERGIRL" on May 10, 2000. On November 14, 2001, they released their sixth single "GO AHEAD! which was also used as a commercial song for a convenience store. They were also known for "Believe," the opening theme song for the anime "One Piece," and participated in the limited-time unit Earth Harmony. 2002 saw the band scale back their activities, and with the release of their best-of album in June 2003, the group effectively disbanded.
