Flame

Marcus Tyrone Gray, known as Flame, was born on September 16, 1981, and is a Christian hip hop recording artist. He began his music career with the release of his debut album Flame in 2004. In mid-2007, Flame joined Cross Movement for their final tour. His third album Our World: Fallen, released in 2007, was part of a two-album series and marked a significant milestone in his career. The follow-up album, Our World Redeemed, released in 2008, was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album. Flame's subsequent albums include The 6th (2012), and Forward (2015). In 2014, Marcus Tyrone Gray filed a lawsuit against Katy Perry for alleged copyright infringement regarding her song "Dark Horse". The case went to trial in July 2019.
