Ellie Holcomb

Elizabeth Asher Bannister, born September 12, 1982, in Nashville, Tennessee, is an American CCM‑folk singer‑songwriter. She began her musical journey with Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors, later launching a solo career in 2011 with the Magnolia EP, which entered Billboard charts in September 2011. In 2013 she released With You Now, reaching Number 7 on the Christian Albums chart. Her debut studio album, As Sure as the Sun (February 18, 2014), earned her the 2014 GMA Dove Award for New Artist of the Year. Subsequent releases include Red Sea Road (January 27, 2017), Canyon (June 25, 2021), Sing: Christmas Songs (November 1, 2022), and Far Country (September 12, 2025). Notable singles such as "Find You Here" and "Red Sea Road" charted in the Top Christian Singles, and her 2020 children’s album Sing: Remembering Songs received a Dove Award for Children’s Album of the Year.
