Dusky

Dusky, an English electronic music duo from London, formed in 2011. The original lineup consisted of Alfie Granger-Howell and Nick Harriman. Before Dusky, they produced music under the name Solarity. Their debut release was the single "Lost in You" (2011), followed closely by the first full-length album Stick by This (2011). They gained significant attention when "Careless" (2013) from the Careless (2013) EP reached Number 1 on the Beatport Top 100 Chart, remaining at the top for over two weeks. In 2014, they established their own label, 17 Steps, with the release of the Love Taking Over (2014) EP. Their music was featured in various high-profile settings, including the soundtrack for Forza Horizon 3 with "Ingrid Is a Hybrid" (2016). They performed at notable venues and festivals worldwide, such as Glastonbury Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Ultra Festival. They were recognized as DJ Magazine's Best British Producers in 2013. Other notable releases include the albums Outer (2016) and Pressure (2022).
