Dozer

Dozer is a Swedish stoner rock band formed in 1995 in Borlänge. The original lineup consisted of Tommi Holappa, Fredrik Nordin, Erik Bäckwall, and Magnus Larsson. In 1996, Johan Rockner replaced Larsson on bass. The group released their debut album, In the Tail of a Comet, in 2000 through Man's Ruin Records, followed by Madre de Dios in 2001. After the closure of their label, they released Call It Conspiracy in 2003 and supported a European tour featuring Spiritual Beggars and Clutch. In early 2005, the band supported Mastodon on a European tour for Leviathan. Their fourth album, Through the Eyes of Heathens, was released in November 2005 and featured Troy Sanders. Following the 2008 release of Beyond Colossal, featuring Neil Fallon, the band entered a hiatus in 2009. Dozer resumed activity in 2012, performing at festivals such as Desertfest and Hellfest before releasing the album Drifting in the Endless Void in 2023.
