C.R.O

C.R.O, born Tomás Manuel Campos on September 11, 1998, in Chos Malal, Neuquén, is an Argentine rapper who gained traction in the local freestyle circuit and then turned those skills into a recording career. He began releasing music in the mid-2010s and, alongside Homer El Mero Mero, formed Bardero$, a duo that put out early projects like Pure Drug (2015) and Chicos del Barrio (2016) before expanding its catalog with later releases such as Me Sueltan los Ángeles (2020) and the EP Inmortales (2022). In parallel, C.R.O built a solo run that moved quickly from early EP work like 3 (2016) and collective tapes such as MDB Crew Vol. 1 (2017) into bigger, genre-hopping statements including C.R.O Rock (2018) and the breakout album 542 (2018), which was promoted by the Duki collaboration “Alas” and helped cement his profile in the trap wave. He kept momentum with Cuervos (2019) and high-visibility collaborations across Latin urban scenes, including “C.R.O: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 29” with Bizarrap. In 2021 he released the albums Mal de la Cabeza and Leyendas de la Noche, plus the joint EP Muriendo Lento with Franky Style, then followed with V Anillos (2022) and a prolific 2023 split between Temor and Cápsula, the latter featuring guests such as Duki, FMK, AK4:20, Snow Tha Product, and Omar Montes; that era also fed into his Luna Llena Tour, highlighted by a major Buenos Aires show at Estadio Obras. He spent 2024 focused on the multi-part deluxe project Malos Cantores with a long guest list (including Bhavi, Neo Pistea, Khea, Kidd Keo, and others), and in 2025 he continued releasing singles like “LGM” with Polimá Westcoast and the EP Otra vez en tus ruinas, reinforcing his reputation for moving between rap, trap, and rock-leaning cuts while remaining an active artist.
