Chenle

Zhong Chenle (born November 22, 2001, in Shanghai), known simply as Chenle, is a Chinese singer and former child actor currently based in South Korea. He began performing publicly at a young age, becoming the youngest soloist to sing at Vienna’s Golden Hall at age nine. Before moving to Korea, he released three solo albums in China, held a concert, and made numerous TV appearances, including China’s Got Talent and Let’s Sing Kids. In 2016, at just 14, Zhong joined SM Entertainment and debuted with NCT Dream, later becoming part of the broader NCT project. Over the years, he's contributed to various NCT sub-units, including NCT U, and participated in radio and video programs like CHENLE & JISUNG’s This and That. In addition to collaborations like IMLAY’s “Too Good” and theme songs for games and dramas, he released his first self-produced track “Marine Turtle” in 2023 under the NCT Lab series. In 2024, he joined the OST of the Chinese drama The Double with the track “Live and Love.” Marking his return to solo work after more than a decade, Zhong released the EP Lucid on May 5, 2025, led by a remake of Wu Bai & China Blue’s “Tear Bridge” as a pre-release single.
