Bulldog Mansion

Bulldog Mansion, a South Korean rock band formed in Seoul in 1999, emerged from a local indie scene where its founding members cultivated a pop‑rock sound with commercial appeal. Bulldog Mansion consists of Lee Han-Chul (vocals, guitar), Seo Chang-Seok (guitar), and Lee Hanjoo (bass guitar), with Jo Jeong-Beom having served as the band’s drummer before leaving the group in 2014. Their debut extended play Debut E.P. was released on 10 May 2000, marking the group’s entry into the Korean music market and establishing a foundation for their melodic rock style. Following this, the band released Funk on 19 September 2002 and Salon de Musica on 5 August 2004, each album expanding their audience through radio play and live performances across Seoul’s club circuit. A decade later, Bulldog Mansion released Tres3 on 29 May 2014, featuring the single "The Lady Downstairs" (23 February 2018), which received moderate chart placement on domestic rock charts. Throughout their career, the band maintained a steady touring schedule within Korea and occasionally collaborated with emerging artists in the pop‑rock genre. The group has remained active beyond 2018, continuing to contribute to the genre’s evolution without a documented disbandment or death.
