Garrett Clark Borns, known professionally as BÃRNS, was born on January 7, 1992, in Michigan. He is an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. His breakthrough came with the release of The Candy EP, which peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart in 2015. His debut studio album, Dopamine, released in 2015, featured the platinum-certified hit "Electric Love". He embarked on several tours with artists including Charli XCX, Bleachers, and Halsey. His second album, Blue Madonna, was released in 2018 and included the single "God Save Our Young Blood" featuring Lana Del Rey. Following allegations of sexual misconduct, BÃRNS went on an indefinite hiatus in September 2018. He returned with the album Suddenly/Honeybee in 2025.
