Flemish Belgian singer-songwriter Berre Vandenbussche, born on October 27, 2000 in Schepdaal, is better known as Berre. A contestant on The Voice Kids in 2014, he tried his luck again in 2021 on the Regi Academy program, while studying at the Royal Institute for Theatre, Cinema & Sound (RITCS) in Brussels. During the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, his videos of pop hits attract millions of views, leading to an artist contract with Universal. Since his first single, "Say My Name", released in May 2022, ranked No. 3 and certified platinum, Berre has enjoyed a string of successes, with "Better Off Alone" (No. 7), "Thrill of It All" (No. 4), "Kissing Strangers" (No. 5) and " Happier " ( No. 6) in the charts. Happier" (no. 6) in 2023, followed by "Break 'Em All" (no. 19) and "Not Going Anywhere " (no. 21) in 2024, all of which featured on his debut album I'll Call You When I'm Home, which topped the Flemish charts and went gold. In 2025, Berre collaborates with Sara James and Lova on "Blue", then with Madeline Juno on "What You Meant to Me", followed by the solo single "Running" (no. 30).
