Banda Tierra Sagrada was formed in 2011 in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, by former members of Banda Tierra Santa who had previously worked with José Ángel “El Coyote” Ledesma. The group made their official debut with the album El Último Botón (2012), which introduced tracks like “Miéntele,” “Ya No Me Haces Falta,” and the title song. They gained widespread attention in 2013 with the release of De lo Bueno, lo Mejor, driven by the charting single “El Bueno y El Malo,” a duet with Colmillo Norteño, followed by its female counterpart “La Buena y La Mala.” In 2014, the band released Así Te Quiero Yo, which featured the regional hit “Máxima Potencia.” The following year, they dropped Seguimos la Fiesta (2015), which included popular collaborations like “Terreno Limpio” with Edwin Luna y La Trakalosa and “No Me Quedé Con Las Ganas” with Régulo Caro. Their 2016 album Entre Amigos y Enemigos further expanded their reach with tracks such as “La Repetición” and “Permíteme,” although the year was marked by a setback when their tour bus caught fire. They rebounded with songs like “Todo Para Dos” in 2017 and “De Cualquier Modo” in 2018 alongside Pancho Uresti and Grupo M4. In the 2020s, they released Corridos 100% Sinaloa (2021) and Ni Bueno Ni Malo (2023), followed by singles such as “Mujer Infiel” (2025) and a reworked version of their early hit single “La Buena y La Mala” (2025),
