Bailey Bryan, born on January 31, 1998, in Freeland, Washington, is an American singer-songwriter. She began writing songs at age 12 and started busking locally before signing a publishing deal and relocating to Nashville. In 2016, Bryan was nominated by Hillary Scott as an Artist of Tomorrow by the Grammys. Her debut single "Own It" was released in 2017, debuting at number 60 on the U.S. Country Airplay chart, followed by her first EP So Far.... In October 2019, she released her country/pop EP Perspective, which included the lead single of the same name. Bryan redefined her music as SBB (âSensitive Bad Bitchesâ) in June 2020, representing more of an R&B/pop style. She released several singles, including "Play w/ Me," "Roster," and "Steal Your Girl" that year. In December 2020, she released the lead single from her upcoming debut album Fresh Start, announcing she would release a single every month until the albumâs release.
