Angelina Danilova

Angelina Sergeyevna Danilova (Russian: Ангелина Сергеевна Данилова; Korean: 안젤리나 다닐로바), born on December 28, 1996, in Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation, is a Russian singer, television personality, and model based in South Korea. She rose to fame in 2015 after a Korean user reposted an image of her from 2014 on Naver with the caption “Russian model who wants to marry a Korean man,” which went viral across Korean media. In 2016, she was scouted by Palette Media through Instagram and appeared as a main cast member on the reality show Babel 250, where she lived with participants from around the world and explored cultural connections. Danilova made her solo singing debut with the digital single “As You Are” on January 17, 2020, later releasing songs such as “Sun Dance” featuring Hanhae (2021) and “Cold Wind, Warm Breeze” (2025). She also collaborated with artists including Won Jang on "Sorry" (2019) and appeared in multiple music videos, such as "Eyescream" by Hanhae and "Heart Pound" by Eddy Kim. Beyond music, she starred as Cinderella in the 2018 film New Old Story and has participated in numerous modeling campaigns and television appearances. Recognized for her role in promoting Korean culture internationally, Danilova received the Korea Image Flower Stone Award from the Corea Image Communication Institute (CICI) in 2018, joining past honorees such as Psy, Rain, and Ban Ki-moon. Her hobbies include dancing, singing, ukulele, traveling, horse riding, snowboarding, kite surfing, and video creation, and she aspires to compose her own music.
