Ángel Galván

Ángel Galván (full name Ángel Michael Galván Mendoza) was born on January 30, 2009, in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico. He first drew public attention as a standout contestant on La Voz Kids Mexico in 2021, where his blind audition impressed Judge María José and earned him a place on her team; he ultimately reached the finale, winning over audiences with his confident performances and vocal maturity. Building on that exposure, he began releasing original music in the Regional Mexican and corridos tumbados style, quickly gaining traction online. In early 2025, Ángel Galván teamed up with fellow rising stars Alan Arrieta and Marcos Villalobos to release “Home Run,” a collaborative track that became a viral hit and marked his breakthrough on streaming platforms. That was followed by “Polarizados,” his first major solo success, produced under the Gheef label; the song rapidly amassed millions of streams in a few weeks. His momentum continued with the romantic regional single “Tenis Rojos” and the ballad-style “El Precio de la Soledad,” each further cementing his signature style mixing heartfelt lyrics with trap-influenced corridos.
