Anders Jektvik

Anders Jektvik, born on June 14, 1982, in Hitra Municipality, Norway, is a Norwegian singer and songwriter. He began his musical journey as a guitarist with the band Tefeilles, contributing to their debut album To hjærta. In 2013, he released his first solo album, Aill kjeinne aill, marking his transition to a solo career. Jektvik gained significant attention by participating in the fifth season of the Norwegian reality television show Norske Talenter in 2012, where he performed his own compositions "Bare saind" and "Tøv," finishing as the runner-up. For live performances, Jektvik is accompanied by the Anders Jektvik Trio, featuring Aril Reiersen on bass and backing vocals, and Dan Åke Clausen on drums and backing vocals.
