Amethystium

Amethystium is an ambient-new age project whose sole member is the Norwegian producer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer, Øystein Ramfjord. His career began with the release of his debut album under the name Amethystium, Odonata, in 2001, which featured tracks like "Enchantment" and "Dreamdance". He continued to produce under the Amethystium moniker and released Aphelion in 2003 with notable songs such as "Shadow to Light" and "Garden of Sakuntala". His subsequent albums included Evermind (2004), featuring "Arcus" and "Into the Twilight", and Emblem (Selected Pieces) (2006). In 2008, he released Isabliss, which included tracks like "A Small Adventure" and "La Pluie". Ramfjord also released an EP titled Aurorae EP in 2012. His album, Transience, was released in 2014.
