Alienare

Alienare is a German synthpop band founded in Hamburg in 2013 by T. Green, real name Tim Sommer. Over the years, the band has made a name for themselves in the German dark wave and synthpop scene, with their music characterized by powerful electronic sounds, catchy melodies and melancholic lyrics. Alienare consists of members T. Green, who acts as singer and songwriter, and T. Imo, who acts as keyboardist and producer. The combination of their talents has allowed the band to develop a unique sound that is both modern and nostalgic of the 1980s. Their debut album Beyond Love was released in 2017 and was well received in the scene. This was followed by further albums such as AtelophobiA (2018) and Neverland (2019), which show the band's musical development and underline their ability to combine emotional depth with danceable beats. Neverland achieves a chart position at number 93. After the album Emerald (2023), Alienare return to the German charts with Lumen in 2024. The album reaches number 65.
