Alex Rose

Alex Rose is a Puerto Rican urban singer, rapper, songwriter, and producer from Carolina, Puerto Rico (born Alexis Guzmán on April 16, 1993) who began releasing music in the late 2010s and quickly found his lane in melodic reggaeton and R&B-leaning urbano. He first drew major attention in 2017 with “Toda” alongside Rauw Alejandro, then expanded the song’s reach with the 2018 remix “Toda (Remix)” featuring Cazzu, Lenny Tavárez, and Lyanno. In 2018 he consolidated his early run with the EP Sexflix, which included “Darte,” and he pushed the record further with “Darte Remix” credited with Casper Mágico and a large guest lineup that included Ñengo Flow, Bryant Myers, Noriel, Juhn, Miky Woodz, Jhay Cortez, and Myke Towers. He kept his profile high through collaborations across the Puerto Rico circuit—appearing on remixes and posse cuts with artists such as Brytiago, Nio García, Rafa Pabön, and Dalex—while moving into album cycles with LOST (2019) and ENR (2022). In 2023 he continued that momentum with Oversize, leaning into more polished, hook-forward production while maintaining his balance of romantic themes and club-ready rhythms. By 2025 he remained in an album-heavy phase with Season 1 and Good Vibez Only, supported by a steady stream of singles that kept him active as both a lead artist and a featured vocalist within contemporary Puerto Rican urbano.
