Ab Avenue is a Korean female duo that debuted in 2009, consisting of Mio and Iyo. They made their debut with the digital single "Again, Winter," featuring Buga Kingz, at the end of 2009. Both members have studied practical music and trained for about five years before debuting, having gone through intensive preparation. Unlike many female singers at the time who adopted black artists' soulful vocal styles, Ab Avenue displayed a more traditional ballad approach. Although their debut song "Again, Winter" gained some recognition due to the featuring artist Buga Kingz, the duo unfortunately did not achieve significant success beyond that.
