ZK

Zaman Kilic launched his rap career at a young age, uploading his songs to various video platforms under the stage name ZK and quickly becoming a Top 10 artist in his home country. Born in the Copenhagen suburb of Ishøj, Denmark, on August 26, 2000, he was raised in an impoverished neighborhood and first turned to music as a coping mechanism. His gritty lyrics and visceral delivery helped push his debut single, 2017's "Way Way," to Number 26 on the Swedish charts. "Way Way" was followed later that year by the Top 10 hit "Ca Ca," and ZK spent the next year building a wide fanbase online. His debut album, 2000, was released in 2019 and went to Number 4 on the Danish charts, buoyed by the hit single "LaLa." Following 2000's release, ZK maintained his place in Denmark's musical mainstream with a series of standalone singles. Songs like "Bombay," "Glemmer Aldrig," and "Po Po" all became Top 40 hits, as did 2021's "Million" and "Bebe."
