ZaZaZsu (ååè) was formed in 2017 by Ma Yi (马æ¿)and Cheng Jinyuan (ç¨é¦è¿). The band's name, chosen by lead vocalist Ma Yi, is derived from Spanish, meaning "heart racing." Ma Yi, a graduate of Peking University's Chinese Department, is responsible for the lyrics, while Cheng Jinyuan, who graduated from Peking University's School of Information Science and Technology and was originally set to be a programmer, took on the role of keyboardist and producer. They have released multiple albums and EPs, including å°±æ¯æ¦ç¶å¿å¨ (2019) and 第ä¸åå¤ in 2024, featuring the hit "ç±æ²³".
