Yuki Matsuzaka, born on October 12 in Suzuka, Mie Prefecture, is a Japanese enka and min'yō singer. A graduate of Musashino Academia Musicae with a major in vocal performance, Matsuzaka began his entertainment career in 2004 as a mimicry performer on the TV show Monomane Battle CLUB. He later expanded his activities to include work as a musical actor, voice trainer, stage singing coach, and narrator. He studied traditional Japanese folk singing (min'yō) under master Naoyuki Harada. Matsuzaka made his enka debut on October 21, 2015 with the single "Furusato Kaeri", released under Nippon Columbia. In 2018, he signed with Tokuma Japan Communications and released "Ore no Sora". His 2019 single "Reiwa Yumeoi Taiko" reached No. 1 on the Oricon Weekly Enka and Kayō charts. Despite delays due to COVID-19, his third single "Haruka na Hito yo" was released in October 2020. On December 1, 2021, he released his first full album First Album ~~Haruka na Hito yo~~. His 2022 single "Hontō no Ai" reached No. 2 on the Oricon enka chart. In 2024, he continued his discography with "Manimaninomani", showcasing his signature vocal warmth and dedication to traditional Japanese music.
