Yue Yunpeng

Yue Yunpeng, born 岳龙刚 on 15 April 1985 in Puyang, Henan, is a Chinese singer, actor, and xiangsheng performer whose career began in 2004 after training under Guo Degang. His breakthrough in music came with the single “送情郎” released on 14 February 2017, followed by “最亲的人” on 28 February 2021, and “你們” on 5 August 2021, each contributing to his growing presence in the C-pop scene. In June 2017 he issued his debut album 如果有个直达天堂的电梯, and subsequent releases such as “問心無愧最自在” in March 2022, “西楼儿女” on 3 November 2023, “我听说” on 31 December 2023, and “春歌” on 18 March 2024 expanded his repertoire, earning him nominations for Best Supporting Actor at the 9th Macau International Movie Festival and recognition in the Chinese music awards circuit. His dual roles in film and music have positioned him as a versatile figure in contemporary Chinese popular culture.
