Wonstein, born Jeong Ji-won on May 6, 1995, in Cheongju, Chungcheongdo, Republic of Korea, is a South Korean rapper and singer. He debuted in 2018 with the single "Spider Web" under the label Beautiful Noise. His breakthrough moment came when he participated in the hip-hop competition show Show Me the Money 9 in 2020, which significantly boosted his mainstream popularity. Following this, Wonstein released his first EP titled #Seoulcitypopfreestyle on April 3, 2019, and subsequently released another EP called ZOO on August 23, 2020. In the same year, he appeared on the reality show Hangout with Yoo, which led to his membership in the chart-topping R&B supergroup MSG Wannabe. Wonstein has also contributed to various soundtracks, including "Twenty-Five Twenty-One OST Part 4" released on February 26, 2022. His notable singles include "Noise", released on May 14, 2019, and "When Night Is Falling", released on July 23, 2021. Wonstein has also been recognized for his public relations work as an Ambassador for Save the Children in 2022. His first full album TENT, released on September 25, 2025, entered Bugs' Top 100 albums chart at rank 66 on the week it was released.
