Wojciech Waglewski

Wojciech Antoni Waglewski (born April 21, 1953) is a Polish rock, folk, and jazz singer, guitarist, composer, and producer from Nowy Sącz. Waglewski performed in the bands Bemibem, Osjan, and Morawski Waglewski Nowicki Hołdys, and led the group Voo Voo. He released his debut solo album, Waglewski Gra-żonie, in 1991. His discography featured the soundtracks Muzyka od środka (1998) and Jasne błękitne okna (2006), as well as the collaborative albums Koledzy (2007) and Męska muzyka (2008), recorded with Maciej Maleńczuk and his sons, Fisz and Emade. By 2013, Waglewski received twenty-three Fryderyk nominations and won five awards, including Composer of the Year in 1994, 2008, and 2009. He served as the art director for the Męskie Granie concert tour in 2010 and 2011.
