Wojciech BÄ kowski, born in 1979 in PoznaÅ, Poland, is a Polish artist, filmmaker, poet, and musician. In 2004, BÄ kowski founded the music group Kot, for which he wrote lyrics and melodies as the leader. He later graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in PoznaÅ in 2005. His albums include Telegaz (2015), CATSâ GHOSTS / DUCHY KOTÃW (2016), KOT (2017), and Jazz Duo (2018). BÄ kowski's work extends beyond music, including a series of animated films titled Filmy mówione. His film "Suchy Pion" was shown at the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen in 2013.
