Wicked Movie Cast

Wicked Movie Cast was formed in the United States in 2024 as the collective musical unit assembled for the 2024 film Wicked directed by Jon M. Chu. The ensemble, comprising the film’s principal cast-Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jeff Goldblum, Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Peter Dinklage, and other supporting performers-released its debut soundtrack Wicked: The Soundtrack on 22 November 2024. The album featured key numbers from the film such as "Defying Gravity" and "Popular", and it entered the Billboard 200 at number 3, a significant chart position for a musical adaptation that year. In 2025 the group expanded its discography with Wicked: One Wonderful Night – The Soundtrack (7 November 2025) and the subsequent releases Wicked: For Good – The Soundtrack (21 November 2025 and 19 December 2025), each of which received critical acclaim and contributed to the film’s Academy Award nominations for Best Original Song and Best Music – Original Score. The collective’s recordings were praised for their vocal cohesion and production quality, earning the group a nomination for the Grammy Award for Best Original Song in a Film. Their work has contributed to the modern revival of the Wicked franchise and to the band's legacy within the musical‑film landscape.
