American contemporary gospel singer Vonte Simon hails from Winston Salem, North Carolina. Also known as Vee, he overcame his depression through music and began performing in public, before gaining recognition. Putting his deep voice to the service of gospel, he performed the song "Can't Imagine", released in 2025, immediately followed by the hit "I Got Jesus", which reached number 9 on the Gospel Digital Songs charts.
