Venesti, the stage name of Colombian singer, songwriter, and producer Faiber Stiven Caicedo Castro, has emerged as a dynamic force in the Latin music scene, blending afrobeat, reggaeton, dembow, merengue, and dancehall into a unique and infectious sound. Originally from Cali but based between Medellín and Miami, Venesti's multicultural background informs his music, which radiates energy and good vibes. His 2023 debut album, De la Nada, showcased his creative vision and features collaborations with prominent artists like Randy Nota Loca, Nacho, Dímelo Flow, Ríos, and Maffio. In 2024, his merengue track "Fuera de Lugar" entered the Top Latin Airplay chart in the US, peaking at number 20. He followed up in 2025 with the album Origen, featuring contributions from Natan & Shander, Kevin Florez, Guaynaa, Nacho, and Andy Alaska. That year, his champeta-infused track "Dificile" with Mike Bahía reached number 25 on the US Billboard Latin Airplay chart.
