Timmy Cruz

Fatima Angelica Lontoc Cruz, known professionally as Timmy Cruz, was born on December 7, 1966, in the Philippines, and is a singer and movie actress. She gained prominence in the 1980s with hits such as "Boy", "Joke Lang" and "Tingin". Her debut album Timmy Cruz was released in 1987 under Blackgold Records. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, she continued to release albums including Take Care (1998), Kakaiba (1990), and Magka-ibigan (1992). In addition to her music career, Cruz also starred in numerous films produced by Viva Films, such as Kumander Bawang: Kalaban ng Mga Aswang (1988) and The Sarah Balabagan Story (1997), and appeared in television series on GMA Network and ABS-CBN. In 2010, she released her album In-Tim-8, marking a significant comeback after a hiatus. She transitioned into gospel music under Praise Music and was awarded the 2009 Fr. Neri Satur Environmental Heroism Award.
