The Veer Union, a Canadian rock band from Vancouver, British Columbia, was formed in 2004 by Crispin Earl and Eric Schraeder. Initially known as "Veer," they released their first independent album, Time to Break the Spell, in 2006. After touring with bands like Hinder and Seether, they signed a record deal with Universal Motown Records and changed their name to The Veer Union. Their debut single as The Veer Union "Seasons" reached number 10 on Billboard's Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart in 2009. Following the release of Against the Grain (2009), they were dropped by their label but continued with Divide the Blackened Sky (2012) and Decade (2016). The band has released multiple albums, including Quarantine Collaborations (2021) and Welcome To Dystopia (2024), showcasing their hard rock and post-grunge style.
