The Ragbirds, a folk-rock-world fusion band, originated in Ypsilanti, Michigan, in 2005. Founded by vocalist Erin Zindle and drummer Randall Moore, their debut album Yes Nearby was released that summer. The band's initial lineup included bassist Jeff Stinson, guitarist Adam Labeaux, and percussionist Greg White. In 2007, they released their second studio album, Wanderlove. They have performed extensively across the United States and internationally, including at major festivals like Rothbury Music Festival. They released The Threshold & the Hearth in March 2016 via Rock Ridge Music.
