The Mob

The Mob, an English anarcho-punk band, was formed in Yeovil, Somerset in the late 1970s. The initial line-up consisted of Mark Wilson on vocals and guitar, Curtis Youé on bass guitar, and Graham Fallows on drums. Their early releases included singles "Crying Again" and "Witch Hunt" (both released in 1980). In 1983, the band released their debut album Live at the LMC, shared with The Apostles and followed by the studio album Let the Tribe Increase. The Mob disbanded in 1983 but reformed in 2011, playing a series of gigs including their first reunion show on April 8, 2011 at The Fleece in Bristol. Their first new release after reforming was the single "Rise Up!" in August 2013. Throughout their career, The Mob has been associated with All the Madmen Records, a label they started in Yeovil before relocating to London in the early 1980s.
