Sunny Days is a South Korean girl group created by Haeun Entertainment in 2012. Originally consisting of Sunkyung, Soojung, Seoyeon, Soohyun, and Jihee, the group debuted in May of that year with the single "Take Away." However, their lineup saw an early change when Minji departed due to an ankle injury, and Seoyeon joined the group. In 2012, Sunny Days contributed to the national spirit by releasing "Glory Korea," a single aimed at cheering for Korean athletes at the Olympics. "Don't Touch Me," released later that year, became their first official chart entry by peaking at number 86 in South Korea. 2013 was a year of growth and change for Sunny Days, who issued the singles "I Must Be Crazy" and "Meet a Girl Like You," welcoming new members Bichen and Gyuhee. Bichen, notably a former KPop world festival winner, added a fresh dynamic to the group. The creation of the subunit group Real Vocal highlighted members Sunkyung, Jihee, and Soohyun, further diversifying Sunny Days' musical efforts. Their song "With the Same Lips" received attention on SBS The Show. By 2014, Sunny Days had experienced more changes in their lineup, with members leaving and joining. Despite these challenges, they released "I Don't Need You Boy," performing as a five-member group including Sunkyung, Jungyoon, Heuira, Dayoung, and Dasom. The following years brought OST contributions, guerilla performances, and collaboration with Haeun Entertainment's boy group, Lose Control (LC). Despite plans for a comeback in 2015, delays led to concerns among fans. Sunny Days hinted at their return with teaser pictures for "Blah Blah," but the reception was not as expected, leading to the official announcement of the band's disbandment in 2016.
