Summer Soul, born Jang Eun-seong on June 5, 1999, in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, is an independent singer-songwriter and composer who made her solo debut on March 30, 2018, with the digital single "How Beautiful." Known for her emotive sound that blends various genres, she has released several EPs, including Five Senses (2019), My Christmas Day's For You (2019), New Clothes (2020), November (2021), and December (2021). In addition to her solo work, she has collaborated with artists such as Charming Lips, EDEN, and ROMderful. Summer Soul's music is characterized by a blend of folk, pop, and indie influences.
