Starlight Kuku Gumi, a Japanese pop music band formed in 2017, originated from the media franchise Revue Starlight. The group initially consisted of nine students from Seisho Music Academy's 99th graduating class and debuted with their first stage play, Shōjo☆Kageki Revue Starlight: The LIVE #1, performed at the AiiA 2.5 Theater in Tokyo from September 22 to 24, 2017. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut single "プロローグ -Star Divine-" on September 20, 2017. They also released several further singles, including "Star Parade" (2020), "Star Diamond" (2019), and "Star Darling" (2024). Starlight Kuku Gumi performed in multiple concerts, including three numbered concerts and two orchestral concerts. The band's music has been featured in various media, including anime series, animated films, and manga adaptations. Their contributions to the Revue Starlight franchise have solidified their place in Japanese pop culture, with notable achievements such as performing alongside other schools' students in collaborative stage plays and concerts.
