Souleymane Diamanka

Souleymane Diamanka is a slammer with a long tradition of oral expression. Born in Bordeaux of Peul origin, he plays with words and juggles languages. His poetic, metaphorical lyrics, set to music by the likes of Roy Ayers, were the subject of his first album, L'Hiver Peul, in 2007.
