Sonny Rave is a French rapper and singer of Madagascan origin, born in Paris. Born into a musical family, he was introduced to music at an early age by his father, a bass player, and his multi-instrumentalist brother. He learned to play the drums at the age of 5 or 6, before entering a music school where he perfected his keyboard skills and began producing on FL Studio. Inspired by artists such as PartyNextDoor and The Weeknd, he developed a style oscillating between trap&B and trapsoul. In 2023, he released his first EP, "Emotional Roller Coaster", exploring the twists and turns of his love life through haunting productions. On April 12, 2024, Sonny Rave unveiled "Au Coeur du Mien", a 13-track mixtape featuring a single collaboration with Kay The Prodigy. He gradually established himself on the musical scene, collaborating with Green Montana, Tarik Azzouz, J9euve and Moji x Sboy. The same year, he took part in Tiakola's "BDLM VOL.1" album, confirming his place on the French music scene.
