Shobee

Rapper and singer Chouaib Rabati, aka Shobee, was born in Safi, Morocco, on May 12, 1991. Before launching his solo career, Shobee formed the rap group Shayfeen with Small X and Snow. Together, they made a name for Moroccan rap on the international scene, and joined the NAAR collective to take part in the Safar album in 2019. In addition to the group's tracks, Shobee appears solo on this compilation, with collaborations with Lomepal on the track "Ciel", and with Madd and Laylow on "Money Call". These two tracks, which racked up millions of listens on platforms, propelled Shobee to the forefront of the music scene. The rapper released several singles, including "L'Vibe" (2019), "Dat Way" (2020), "Makayn Tahed" (2021) and "Power - A Colors Show" (2023).
